Write with AI

Draft the whole demo in one pass.

Open Write with AI from the editor header. Pick a tone, say who’s watching, name the product and choose the language to write in. AI drafts from what each screen shows and puts its suggestions next to your current text.

  • Tooltips, intro, chapter, CTA and closing cards, buttons, choices, lead form copy, hotspot labels and hover hints, plus the demo’s title and description
  • Tone Friendly, Professional, Playful or Direct, and an optional note on what to emphasize
  • Write every field or Only empty fields, then tick the suggestions you keep
  • What you keep is applied as one change, so one undo puts it all back
  • Personalization variables like {{company|your team}} are kept exactly as written

Rewrite and guides

Fix one step, or write the guide.

Every tooltip and hotspot has a Rewrite menu. Pick a preset or say what you want, read the suggestion, and apply it or try again. The same AI writes the instructions for your step-by-step guide.

Knowledge kit

Tell it about your product once.

Each brand kit can hold a knowledge kit, with your product summary, audience, voice, glossary and the facts AI may state. Write with AI, Rewrite, guide copy and translations all read it, so drafts use your terms and leave out the words you avoid.

  • A glossary of up to 300 terms, with definitions and words to never use
  • Notes on facts the AI may state, and things it must never claim
  • Draft with AI suggests a summary, audience and definitions from your demos
  • Upload decks, docs and price sheets on Pro and Team, and AI quotes the parts that fit

Translations

Show the demo in your viewer’s language.

Add a language on the Languages tab and click Translate. Each string sits next to its source, so you can read it, fix a word by hand and preview the demo in that language before you publish.

  • English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Indonesian
  • Viewers get their browser’s language, or pick one in the player. Add ?lang= to a link to choose for them
  • The player’s own buttons, forms and progress text are translated too
  • Change the source and Out of date badges show what needs translating again
  • Glossary terms translate the same way everywhere, and product names stay as written

Questions, answered.

What does an AI credit buy?

Write with AI and guide copy cost 1 credit per 20 strings, a rewrite costs 1, translating costs 1 per 50 strings and drafting a knowledge kit costs 2. You see the cost before it runs, and a request that fails is refunded. Credits are shared by the workspace and reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). See AI credits.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. AtriumKit doesn’t use your content to train AI models, and the providers that run its AI aren’t allowed to either. From your screens, only text a viewer could read is sent. Blurred text never is, and emails, phone numbers and long numbers are masked first.

Does it translate the text inside my screenshots?

No. Translations cover your copy, including tooltips, cards, buttons, choices, forms, hotspot labels and hints, and narration scripts. Text inside captured screens stays as recorded. Right-to-left languages aren’t supported yet. See translate a demo.

What happens to variables like `{{company}}`?

AI keeps every variable exactly as written. In translations only the fallback after the | is translated, and a translation that changes a variable is held back for your review while viewers see the source.

Is Write with AI on the Free plan?

Yes, with 25 AI credits a month. Rewrite and guide copy are on Free too. Translating a demo into other languages needs Pro or Team. See pricing.
