Knowledge base

A knowledge base that writes itself.

Every demo you publish becomes a searchable how-to for sales, support and new hires, next to your product facts, glossary and files. The same knowledge keeps AI copy and voiceovers on message.

  • Free (not included)
  • Pro (included)
  • Team (included)

Knowledge kit text works on every plan. The knowledge base and knowledge files are on Pro (25 files, 100 MB) and Team (200 files, 1 GB).

Knowledge base

Every how-to your team needs, in one search.

The knowledge base lives inside AtriumKit, for members of your workspace only. It lists every live demo as a step-by-step guide, grouped by folder, next to a page for each product you’ve described.

  • Search guides and steps in every language, glossary terms, product notes and passages inside your files
  • Results open the guide at the exact step, in the language that matched
  • Play demo runs the published demo right there, from any step, and records nothing
  • Members see every live demo, unlisted and email-gated ones included, without filling in a gate
  • Editors can hide a guide from the knowledge base and bring it back later

Knowledge kits

Tell AI what’s true about your product.

Each brand kit has a knowledge kit that says what the product is, who it’s for and how you talk about it. Write with AI, guide copy, translations and voiceovers read it, so the copy uses your terms and sticks to your facts.

  • Product name and summary, audience, and one voice for demo copy and another for guides
  • A glossary of up to 300 terms, each with a definition, Say it as for voiceovers and Never call it
  • Notes for AI: facts it may state and things it must never claim
  • Draft with AI suggests a summary, audience and definitions from what your demos show
  • Translations keep your glossary terms the same in every language

Files

Add the decks and docs your team already trusts.

Upload sales decks, price sheets and product docs. AtriumKit reads the text, so AI copy can draw on them and your team can search them.

  • PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, Markdown and plain text, up to 20 MB each
  • Pro holds 25 files (100 MB) per workspace, Team 200 files (1 GB)
  • Files are private to your workspace. Turn off In knowledge base to keep one for AI only
  • Emails and phone numbers are masked before a file’s text is stored for search

AI assistants

Let your AI assistant look it up.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to AtriumKit and they can search the knowledge base for you, from the guide that answers a question to the line in the price sheet.

  • Each result says which demo, step or file it came from
  • Assistants read published guides only, never drafts or presenter notes
  • Searching in the dashboard runs inside AtriumKit and never goes to an AI model
  • Connect an assistant in a few minutes

How it works

  1. 01

    Publish demos

Every live demo shows up in the knowledge base as a guide, with no extra work.

  2. 02

    Fill in a knowledge kit

Add your product facts, glossary and notes in a brand kit, and upload the files your team relies on.

  3. 03

    Invite your team

Add colleagues as viewers. They’re free, and they can search everything from day one.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who can open the knowledge base?

Members of your workspace, in every role. Viewers are free and unlimited, so you can invite sales, support and new hires without buying seats. Nothing in it is public. See the internal knowledge base.

Is the knowledge kit on the Free plan?

Yes. The knowledge kit text (product facts, voice, glossary, links and notes) works on every plan and feeds Write with AI. The internal knowledge base and knowledge files are on Pro and Team.

Does uploading a file send it to an AI model?

No. AtriumKit extracts the text without an AI model. Matching passages, with emails and phone numbers masked, go to the AI provider only inside an AI request you make, like Write with AI. Your content isn’t used to train AI models.

Does the knowledge base update when I change a demo?

Yes, when you publish. It always shows the published version, never drafts or presenter notes, and a demo leaves the knowledge base when you unpublish it.

What happens to my files if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your files stay readable and AI keeps using them, but you can’t add more beyond your plan’s limit. On Free, the knowledge base itself closes until you upgrade again.

Your next demo is one click-through away.
