For solutions engineering teams
A demo that works every time you share your screen.
Record your product once, with the data you want buyers to see. Present it live with your notes beside it, give each persona its own path, and leave a sandbox the buyer’s team can click through after the call.
Solutions and sales engineers
The job today.
-
The demo environment breaks on the call
A seed script failed, a feature flag flipped or someone changed the data. You find out with the buyer watching.
-
Every persona wants a different demo
The admin wants setup and permissions, the end user wants the daily workflow, the executive wants the report. You rebuild the story for every call.
-
Nothing to try after the call
The buyer’s team asks for access. A trial account takes days to set up, and the recording you send doesn’t let anyone click.
With AtriumKit
Present it live, without the live product
Presenter mode (on Team) plays a demo on a screen share as if it were the real app. You click through it, the buyer sees the product, and nothing depends on a staging environment.
- Hidden guides keep tooltips and hotspot rings invisible while clicks still work
- Presenter notes for each step, hotspot or screen, in a speaker view only you see
- Jump to any step with
G, blank the screen withB, pick a branch with1to4 - Personalize for this call fills in the buyer’s name and company for this presentation only
One demo, a path for every persona
Ask “What’s your role?” at the start of a guided demo and send each answer down its own steps. The admin, the end user and the executive each see their part of the same recording.
- Two to four choices on any tooltip or card
- Each choice goes to a step, ends the demo or opens a link
- The editor shows every path and warns about steps nobody can reach
- Analytics show which path viewers picked and where they dropped off (Pro and Team)
Put the right data in every screen
Record in a demo account, then make the screens say what you need. HTML capture saves each page as editable HTML, so the text you change looks like the real UI.
- Edit text in place, hide elements or replace images on HTML screens
- Find & replace a name or number across every HTML screen at once
- Blur anything sensitive while you record or in the editor
- Save a named version before you tailor a demo, and restore it later
Leave a sandbox behind
After the call, send a clickable demo the buyer’s team can explore on their own. Menus, tabs and sidebars work from every screen, and every demo is also a written guide they can forward.
- Smart stitching links navigation across screens for you
- Hint when stuck pulses a hotspot when someone stops for a few seconds
- Add an email gate (Pro and Team) to see who on their team opened it

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which plan do I need for presenter mode?
Team. Every member of a Team workspace can present, including viewers, and viewers don’t use a paid seat. See presenter mode.
Do live presentations show up in analytics?
No. Presenting isn’t tracked and never asks for an email, so your analytics only show what buyers did on their own.
Can I present edits I haven’t published yet?
Yes. Before you start, choose the published version or the draft with your latest edits.
Can I change the data shown inside the captured screens?
Yes. HTML capture is on by default on every plan. On HTML screens you can edit text, hide elements and replace images, and Find & replace works across all of them. On screenshot-only screens, Edit text repaints the text in the captured font.
