Pay for the people who build demos. Everyone else is free.

Pro and Team start with a 14-day free trial, once per workspace. You add a card at checkout and aren’t charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The trial includes the whole plan and its AI credits; AI voices are limited to 10,000 characters a month until it converts.

Admins and editors, the people who record, edit and publish demos, use creator seats, and so do pending invitations to those roles. Viewers can watch demos and see analytics and leads, and they’re free and unlimited on every plan.

No. Anyone with the link, or anyone visiting a page where it’s embedded, can watch it in their browser. You decide whether to ask for an email first (on Pro and Team).

A demo that’s live at its link. Drafts don’t count, and you can have as many as you like. The Free plan includes 3 published demos at a time: unpublish one to free a slot.

A monthly allowance for AI features, shared by the workspace: 25 on Free, 500 on Pro and 2,000 on Team. Write with AI costs 1 credit for every 20 strings, a rewrite costs 1 and translating costs 1 for every 50 strings. An AI chat message costs 1 (long tasks a little more), and in the video studio (beta) making a video costs 5 (10 over a minute), new AI music 16 and an AI photo 10. Credits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and a request that fails doesn’t use any. More about AI credits.

Each creator seat adds AI narration characters every month: 60,000 on Pro (about an hour of speech) and 120,000 on Team. A 10-step demo is about 1,200 characters. Recording or uploading your own narration doesn’t use any.

By the length of each video you export: 2 minutes a month on Free (with “Made with AtriumKit” on the video), 60 minutes per creator on Pro and 3 hours per creator on Team. Exporting a 2-minute video uses 2 minutes, and exporting it again after a change uses 2 more. Exporting a video that hasn’t changed is free, failed or canceled exports are refunded, and making and previewing videos don’t use export time. The video studio is in beta.

Yes, from Billing in the dashboard. Changes to the plan, seats or billing period are prorated. Annual billing is about 16% cheaper: $32 instead of $38 per creator a month on Pro, $58 instead of $69 on Team.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Your published demos stay live, but you can’t publish more than the Free plan allows, and paid features such as lead forms, integrations, translations, narration and branding removal stop. Version history is trimmed to 7 days. The Terms list everything that changes.

Fees aren’t refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused seats, except where the law requires it. Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged.

Through Stripe, our payment processor, at checkout and in the billing portal. Prices are in US dollars per creator seat and don’t include tax.

With auto-blur on (the default), emails and names are blurred in your browser before anything is uploaded, and captured pages are stored as script-free snapshots that never run code. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and neither do the providers that run our AI features. The Privacy Policy has the details.
