Analytics

See the step where viewers stop.

Know who watched, how far they got and what they clicked. The funnel follows every branch, and recent viewers show an email whenever someone left one.

  • Free (not included)
  • Pro (included)
  • Team (included)

Free shows views, unique viewers and leads for every demo. Completion, funnels, viewer sessions and traffic sources are on Pro and Team.

Funnels

Find the step where people give up.

A guided demo’s funnel shows the share of sessions that reached each step of the published version, and how many dropped off between steps. Clickable demos show which screens people visited and which hotspots they clicked.

  • Completion rate for guided demos and average time in the demo, each compared with the period before
  • Branched demos show the funnel path by path, with how many sessions ended on each step
  • Choices shows which answer viewers picked at every question
  • Hotspot clicks add up across screens, so a sidebar link that’s on every screen counts as one row

Viewers

See who watched and how far they got.

Recent viewers lists the last 25 sessions of a demo, with who it was, when, how long they stayed, how many steps they saw, where they came from and whether they finished.

  • Named by the email they left on a gate or form, or by the personalized link they opened
  • Everyone else shows as Anonymous, with their country
  • Traffic sources split views into Embeds, Direct link, Email and Social
  • Workspace analytics rank your top 10 demos by views, with completion and leads for each

Links, guides and narration

Every way people see a demo, counted.

Analytics follow a demo wherever it goes, from a prospect’s personalized link to the written guide and the voiceover.

  • Personalized links: views, completion, leads and last opened for each prospect’s link
  • Guides: readers on every plan; copies, Markdown downloads, prints and how far readers scroll on Pro and Team
  • Narration: how many sessions played it, turned the sound or captions on, and how much of each step they heard
  • Collections: page views, opens and finishes for each demo, and how many visitors left an email

For the whole team

Everyone can read the numbers.

Viewers are free and can see analytics and leads, so sales, support and leadership can check how a demo is doing without a creator seat.

  • Look at the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, for one demo or the whole workspace
  • Editor previews and presenter mode record nothing, so your own clicks don’t skew the numbers
  • Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor “which step loses the most viewers?” over MCP
  • Read your analytics explains every number

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What do I see on the Free plan?

Views, unique viewers and leads for each demo and for the workspace, views per day, and how many people read each guide. Completion rate, the step funnel, clicks, recent viewers and traffic sources are on Pro and Team. Capturing leads is a Pro and Team feature too.

Does AtriumKit use cookies to track viewers?

The player keeps a random visitor ID in the viewer’s browser storage so a repeat visit isn’t counted as a new viewer. It sets no advertising cookies, and IP addresses aren’t stored with analytics.

How do I know which viewer is which?

Someone who leaves their email on an email gate or lead form shows by that email, on that visit and on their other visits from the same browser. Viewers who open a personalized link show by the link’s label, like “Sam Lee, Acme”. Everyone else is Anonymous, with their country.

Do people who read the step-by-step guide count as demo views?

No. Guide readers are counted on their own, on every plan, so your demo numbers only count people who played the demo.

Can I get these events into my other tools?

Events for known leads, like finishing a demo, clicking a CTA or opening a personalized link, can go to Slack, Zapier, Make or a webhook through integrations. AI assistants can read analytics over MCP.

Your next demo is one click-through away.
