Personalization
Make every demo about the person watching.
Write {{company|your team}} once and every viewer reads their own company, in the tooltips, the buttons and the captured screens themselves. Send each prospect their own link and see when they open it.
- Free (not included)
- Pro (included)
- Team (included)
Up to 10,000 live personalized links per workspace. On Free, demos show your defaults and fallbacks.
-
Variables with fallbacks
Name, company, job title, email and up to 20 variables of your own. Anyone without a value reads your fallback.
-
Inside the screens too
Text you edit in a captured screen can hold a variable, so the prospect’s company shows up in the product itself.
-
A link for every prospect
Create links one at a time or up to 500 from a CSV, each with its own analytics and an alert when it’s opened.
-
Values stay in the browser
What a link or your page fills in for a viewer never reaches analytics, AI or the page AtriumKit serves.
Variables
Write it once. Every viewer reads their own.
Open Personalize in the demo header to set up variables. The built-ins are first name, last name, full name, company, job title and email, and you can add up to 20 of your own, each with a default and a sample to preview with.
-
{{company|your team}}shows the viewer’s company, or “your team” when there isn’t one - Use variables in tooltips, cards, buttons, choices, CTA links, hotspot labels and the hosted page’s title and header button
- Edit text on a screenshot or a captured HTML screen can hold a variable too
- Preview as your sample values, as a viewer with no values, or as any personalized link
- Translations and AI copy keep every variable in place
Where values come from
Fill them in from wherever you know the viewer.
A viewer’s values can come from the link they clicked, the page the demo is embedded in, a form they filled in, or the call you’re on.
- URL parameters on the hosted link or the embed:
?company=Acme&first_name=Sam - Merge tags from HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft or Mailchimp, written into those parameters
- Your own site or app, by sending
setVariablesto an embedded demo - Answers to a lead form or an email gate fill in the rest of the demo
- Collection pages pass their link’s values to every demo, and presenter mode has Personalize for this call
Personalized links
A link for every prospect, and a ping when they open it.
On Share, the Personalized tab makes links that carry a prospect’s values behind a short code. Each one has its own analytics, and your team can get a message when it’s opened.
- New link for one prospect, or From a list (CSV) for up to 500 at once
- Download the new links as a CSV for your mail merge
- Views, completion, leads and last open for every link in Analytics → Links
- A
link.openedalert to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat or a webhook - Delete a link and its values are erased, including from the integration delivery log
Privacy and control
You decide who can fill them in.
Values a viewer brings stay in their browser. The page reads them, takes them out of the address bar, and never sends them to analytics, AI prompts or the page AtriumKit renders.
- Turn off Values in the link or Values from embedding pages under Who can fill in variables
- Accept values only from the sites you list
- Values are plain text, at most 120 characters, and can never change where a link goes
- Personalized link pages ask search engines not to index them, and their codes say nothing about the person
How it works

Add variables
Insert {{company}} or {{first_name}} into your copy, with a fallback for viewers you don’t know.
- 02
Choose the source
A link with merge tags, your own page, a lead form, or a personalized link.
- 03
Send it
Create links one by one or from a CSV, and watch who opens them.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which plans include personalization?
Pro and Team. On Free you can still write variables, and viewers see your defaults and fallbacks. See pricing.
What does a viewer without a value see?
The variable’s default if you set one, then the fallback after the |, else nothing. Viewers never see a raw {{…}}.
How do I use my email tool’s merge tags?
Put the merge tag in the link as the variable’s value, for example ?first_name={{contact.firstname}} in HubSpot. A tag the tool couldn’t fill counts as no value. For named prospects, prefer personalized links: values written into a link end up in email-tool and server logs, a link’s code doesn’t.
Can I create personalized links from an AI assistant?
Yes. Through the MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can create up to 500 personalized links in one go, within your plan’s limits.
Do viewers’ values show up in analytics?
No. Analytics and Leads show a personalized link’s label, like “Sam Lee, Acme”, never the values a viewer brought in a URL or from your page.
