For enablement and training teams
Every how-to your team needs, in one place they can search.
Record a process once and it becomes a demo people can click through and a written guide. Your team finds it in the internal knowledge base, and people who only watch don’t need a paid seat.
Sales enablement, L&D and operations
The job today.
-
SOPs live in ten places
Some are in the wiki, some in slide decks, some in a recording of last year’s training. New hires ask a teammate instead.
-
Written steps don’t stick
A page of instructions for a tool people use twice a month gets skimmed and forgotten. Clicking through it once would stick.
-
Training doesn’t scale
Every new cohort gets the same live walkthrough of the same tools, and the trainer’s week goes to repeating it.
With AtriumKit
Turn every process into a demo and a guide
Record the process in the tool your team uses, from the CRM to the billing system. AtriumKit makes it a guided demo people can click through and a written guide with a picture per step.
- Record any web app you can open in Chrome
- Emails and names are blurred automatically while you record
- Copy the guide into your wiki, or print it to PDF
One knowledge base your team can search
The internal knowledge base (on Pro and Team) shows every live demo as a guide, next to your product information and files. Only members of your workspace can open it.
- One search across guides, steps, the glossary and your files, in every language
- Upload decks, docs and spreadsheets to a knowledge kit
- Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, which search it over MCP with the same members-only access
- Viewers are free, so the whole team can use it
Onboard new hires with demos they can try
Put a role’s first-week demos in a collection (on Pro and Team), in the order to watch them. Use branching to split one demo by team or region, and add a voiceover so it works without a trainer in the room.
- Sections, progress and a Next button take new hires through it in order
- AI voiceovers with captions on Pro and Team
- Step analytics show where people stop (Pro and Team)
Run the live session from a demo
Presenter mode (on Team) plays a demo on a screen share as if it were the real tool, with your notes in a separate window. Nothing breaks if the training account changes.
- Hide the tooltips, or reveal one when the room needs it
- Notes for every step in a speaker view only you see
- Any member can present, viewers included

Questions, answered.
Who can open the internal knowledge base?
Only members of your workspace, including viewers. It’s on Pro and Team. See internal knowledge base.
Are the demos themselves private?
Each demo’s link follows its access setting. Unlisted asks search engines not to index it, and an email gate (Pro and Team) asks for an email first. Anyone with an unlisted link can open it, so share internal demos only inside your team.
Is our content sent to an AI when someone searches?
No. Knowledge base search runs inside AtriumKit. AI assistants you connect over MCP can search it with search_knowledge, with the same members-only access.
Do people who only watch need a paid seat?
No. Only people who record and edit demos use a creator seat. Viewers can watch demos, search the knowledge base and present demos for free, on the plans that include those features.
