Embeds and sharing

Publish once. Send the link or put it on your site.

Every published demo gets a hosted page and an embed code for your website, docs or help center. Choose who can view it, then keep editing. Viewers see the version you published until you publish again.

  • Free (included)
  • Pro (included)
  • Team (included)

Hosted links and embeds work on every plan. Free shows “Made with AtriumKit” and keeps 3 demos live at a time; Pro and Team can hide it and add an email gate.

Hosted page

A link you can send today.

Publish and the demo is live on its own page, ready for an email, a chat message or a calendar invite. Nobody needs an account to open it.

  • Your brand kit’s logo, colors and fonts, with a header button that goes where you choose
  • An optional one- or two-sentence description under the title
  • A language picker once you’ve translated the demo (Pro and Team)
  • A step-by-step guide of the same demo at a link of its own

Access and settings

Decide who sees it and how it starts.

Pick who can view the demo and set how it plays. These settings apply as soon as you change them, on the hosted page and in every embed.

  • Public pages can show up in search; Unlisted ones ask search engines not to index them
  • Email gate asks for an email before the demo starts; leads land in Leads and your connected tools (Pro and Team)
  • Autoplay first step for guided demos, Open in guided mode for clickable ones
  • Show progress bar, Captions on by default for narrated demos, and Ask for email before the last step (Pro and Team)
  • Turn off Show “Made with AtriumKit” on Pro and Team; Free always shows it

Embed

Paste one snippet into any page.

The Embed tab gives you an iframe to copy. Responsive keeps the demo’s shape at any width, and Fixed sets it to 1280×720. Your page can also talk to the demo while it plays.

  • Options in the embed URL: mode, progress, start=3 to open on a step, lang=de, sound=0 and captions=1
  • brand=0 hides the badge on Pro and Team
  • Send restart, goTo, setVariables, mute, unmute and captions from your page
  • Listen for ready, change, sound, complete and lead; the lead event never carries the email
  • On Pro and Team, analytics show how many views came from embeds, direct links, email and social

Publishing

Keep editing. Publish when it’s ready.

Publish saves a snapshot of the demo as a new version. Your edits after that stay in the draft, and the Share tab tells you when there are changes viewers can’t see yet.

  • Viewers, embeds and guides show the last version you published
  • Each publish is a version in version history that you can restore
  • Unpublish stops the link, the embeds and the guide until you publish again
  • On Free, unpublishing a demo frees one of your 3 live slots

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I embed demos on the Free plan?

Yes. Free includes the hosted link and the embed for up to 3 live demos, with “Made with AtriumKit” shown. Pro and Team let you turn the badge off. See pricing.

If I edit a published demo, do viewers see my changes right away?

No. Changes to the demo itself wait until you press Publish. Share settings, like access, the toggles and the brand kit, apply as soon as you change them.

Can my site control the embedded demo?

Yes. Your page can send postMessage commands to restart the demo, jump to a step, fill in personalization variables, mute narration or turn captions on, and listen for events like ready, change and complete. See embed a demo.

Can I host demos on my own domain?

Not today. Hosted pages and embeds are served from atriumkit.com. To show a demo on your own site, embed it.

What happens when I unpublish a demo?

The hosted link, every embed and the step-by-step guide stop working until you publish again. The draft and its version history stay as they were.

Your next demo is one click-through away.
