For customer success teams
Onboard every account without repeating the same call.
Record setup once, give admins and end users their own path, and send each account a link with their name in it. See who finished and who stalled before your next check-in.
Onboarding and customer success managers
The job today.
-
The same onboarding call, over and over
You walk each new account through the same setup screens, then do it again for the people who missed the kickoff.
-
Admins and end users need different things
One deck tries to cover setup, permissions and the daily workflow. Most of it doesn’t apply to whoever is reading it.
-
You can’t tell who got set up
The kickoff went well. Three weeks later you don’t know who followed the steps and who gave up halfway.
With AtriumKit
A walkthrough for every role
Start the onboarding demo with “What’s your role?” and send each answer down its own steps. Admins get setup and permissions, end users get the daily workflow, and you maintain one recording.
- Two to four choices on any tooltip or card
- Chapter cards split a long setup into sections
- Voiceovers with captions on Pro and Team, in your own voice or an AI voice
A link for every account
Personalized links (on Pro and Team) fill in the customer’s company and contact name across the demo, including inside the captured screens. Create them one at a time or from a CSV of your accounts.
- Up to 500 links from one CSV, and 10,000 live links per workspace
- Views, completion and last open for every link
- A Slack or Teams message when an account opens their link
- Embedded in your app, the demo can take the signed-in user’s name from the page
An onboarding hub on one page
Group your onboarding demos into a collection, with sections for setup, the first workflow and advanced features. Viewers see how many they’ve watched and move on with Next.
- In your brand kit, as a hosted page or an embed
- Add
?company=to the collection link and every demo on it is personalized - One collection on Pro, as many as you need on Team
Guides admins can keep
Every demo is also a written step-by-step guide with a picture per step. Admins copy it into their own wiki or rollout plan, in the language their team reads.
- Copy as rich text or Markdown into Notion, Google Docs or Confluence
- Download a
.mdfile, or print the guide and save it as a PDF - AI translations into 15 languages on Pro and Team, guides included

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do customers need an account to watch?
No. A demo opens in any browser from a link or an embed. You decide whether to ask for an email first.
Can I see which accounts finished the walkthrough?
Yes, with personalized links on Pro and Team. Each link shows views, completion and when it was last opened, and Recent viewers labels each session with its link. The Free plan shows view counts only. See analytics.
Can onboarding demos play in our customers’ languages?
On Pro and Team, translate a demo into any of 15 languages with AI. The player picks the viewer’s browser language, and you can add a voiceover in each language.
Does every CSM need a paid seat?
Only people who record and edit demos use a paid creator seat. Viewers can watch demos and see analytics and leads for free.
