This Arcade vs Supademo comparison is for anyone choosing between the two. Every fact comes from the company’s own pricing page, docs or changelog, with a link. Where a page doesn’t say, we say so instead of guessing.

A disclosure first: we make AtriumKit, which does some of the same jobs. It gets its own clearly marked section near the end, with a list of reasons not to pick it. Everything before that is about Arcade and Supademo.

Prices checked on November 1, 2026, in US dollars, from Arcade’s interactive demo pricing and Supademo’s pricing. Arcade also sells AI Video, a separate product with its own pricing page; its prices aren’t part of this comparison. We used only the vendors’ own pages, and we recheck them every quarter.

The short answer

Pick Arcade if your demos are mostly for marketing: guided walkthroughs on your site and in launches, plus short videos. Its free plan includes AI voiceovers, AI copy, the desktop app and the MCP server. It also sells AI Video as a separate product, and its three September 2026 changelog entries are all about it. The catch: written guides start on Growth, and HTML capture, custom domains, version history and SSO are Enterprise only.

Pick Supademo if you want a custom domain and CRM sync on the entry plan, or you also make docs and training. Its Scale plan also includes AI translations, voiceovers, lead forms and its MCP server, and written exports are on every plan. The catch: HTML demos start with the Business plan ($199 a month billed yearly, one creator) and sandbox demos with Growth ($350 a month billed yearly, five creators).

Which one for the job

Sales follow-ups

You want a demo the buyer can forward, with their company in it, and a signal when they open it.

  • Supademo puts most of this on Scale: trackable share links, dynamic variables, forms, “engaged viewer notifications”, presenter mode for live calls, and HubSpot and Salesforce sync. Form responses are emailed to you and synced to your CRM. Sandbox demos for live calls need Growth.
  • Arcade Growth has variables, forms, CTA buttons, Audience Reveal (companies identified through Clearbit) and integrations. Custom share links and the native Salesforce integration are Enterprise.

Edge: Supademo, mainly because trackable share links are on its entry plan.

A demo on your homepage

Both embed on every plan, and both show a watermark on Free.

  • Arcade Free publishes one demo, with an AI voiceover if you want one. Removing the watermark, adding forms and autoplay, and seeing analytics take Growth.
  • Supademo Free allows five demos. Watermark removal, forms, autoplay and analytics are on Scale. HTML demos, which are copies of your pages with working hover states, start with Business.

Edge: close. Billed monthly, the entry plans cost the same $50. Billed yearly, Supademo Scale is $4.50 less per person.

Help center and docs

  • Arcade’s Step-by-Step Guide (Growth and up) turns a demo into images with the hotspot text as headers. You can share a link, copy the steps into Notion or Google Docs, or download a PDF. Its docs say the guide doesn’t update when you change the demo (you re-generate it), it can’t be embedded, and it doesn’t support video steps.
  • Supademo lists SOP export (PDF, PNG) on every plan, Free included. Copy Steps pastes each step as HTML or plain text into Notion, Confluence or WordPress. A share-page setting shows each step’s text below the demo, and the free Demo to Docs Generator drafts an article, with a Markdown export, from a public demo link.

Edge: Supademo.

Onboarding and training

  • Supademo has an in-app Demo Hub and showcases on Scale, and offline demos from Business. Since October 2026 it exports SCORM 1.2 packages for your LMS on every plan.
  • Arcade puts collections on Enterprise. Variables (Growth) can tailor an onboarding demo to a user’s role or plan.

Edge: Supademo.

Arcade’s free plan gives you more to try, and Arcade sells AI Video separately if you also want product videos.

What Arcade and Supademo cost

Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly, per month What the price covers
Arcade Free $0 $0 1 user, 1 published demo
Arcade Growth $50 $42.50 Per seat, up to 10 users
Arcade Enterprise Custom Custom Included seats, price on request
Supademo Free $0 $0 1 creator, 5 demos
Supademo Scale $50 $38 Per creator, 5 view-only collaborators
Supademo Business $249 $199 1 creator, then $50 a month per extra creator
Supademo Growth $450 $350 5 creators, then $50 a month per extra creator
Supademo Enterprise Custom Custom From 10 creators

For three people who make demos, billed yearly:

  • Arcade Growth: 3 × $42.50 = $127.50 a month, or $1,530 a year.
  • Supademo Scale: 3 × $38 = $114 a month, or $1,368 a year.
  • With HTML capture: Supademo Business, $199 plus two extra creators at the listed $50 each, or $299 a month. On Arcade that’s an Enterprise conversation.
  • With sandbox demos: Supademo Growth, $350 a month for up to five creators. Arcade doesn’t list a sandbox demo type.

Each also sells something on top. Arcade’s AI Video is a separate product with its own plans. Supademo’s AI Demo Agent, which talks buyers through demos, is a usage-based add-on on paid plans: credit packs start at $99, and every workspace starts with 1,500 free credits.

Both offer startup pricing. Arcade discounts Growth for companies before their Series A. Supademo has a startup plan for pre-Series A companies under two years old that have raised less than $2M.

Where each falls short

Arcade

  • One published demo on Free. And no analytics until Growth.
  • Guides are a paid snapshot. Growth and up, not embeddable, and regenerated by hand after edits.
  • HTML editing is split. Page Morph edits a page before you record (Growth). Editing captured HTML afterwards is Enterprise only, like custom domains, collections, version history and SSO.
  • No captions in demo exports. The export docs say GIF and MP4 exports don’t include closed captions. They list custom resolutions of 360p, 480p, SVGA and 720p, and describe the Presentation preset only as “highest resolution”.
  • The MCP server doesn’t build demos. Its docs say it can’t create interactive demos or edit videos after creation, and its demo tools return performance data, not demo content.
  • Growth stops at 10 users.

Supademo

  • Big steps between plans. HTML capture needs Business and sandbox demos need Growth. If one person needs either, you pay for a bundle. (Supademo’s October 23–29 changelog says HTML editing is “now standard for every paid workspace”, while its pricing table still lists HTML demos from Business.)
  • Free covers the basics. No AI voiceovers or translations, no MCP, no analytics and no watermark removal, and MP4 exports carry a watermark.
  • Scale limits who can watch internally. Five view-only collaborators; Business and up have unlimited.
  • Some features sit high. Voice cloning and demo versioning are on Growth. SSO is Enterprise, which starts at 10 creators.

A third option: AtriumKit (ours)

We make AtriumKit, so weigh this section with that in mind. It’s a Chrome extension: you click through your web app once, and the recording becomes an interactive demo and a written guide. Against the rows above:

  • Both demo types on every plan, Free included. Guided demos with branching, and clickable demos: a sandbox of recorded screens where smart stitching links the sidebar, tabs and menus on every screen, so viewers explore in any order.
  • HTML capture on every plan. Recorded pages are saved as script-free copies. In the editor you can change a label on the captured page, or find and replace a name across the demo, without recording again.
  • A guide from every demo, on every plan. Each published demo gets a step-by-step guide page with a screenshot per step. Copy it as rich text or Markdown, download a .md file, or print it to PDF. The hosted guide updates when you publish the demo again; copies you pasted elsewhere don’t.
  • Prices. Free has 3 published demos and 1 creator. Pro is $38 per creator a month, or $32 billed yearly. Team is $69, or $58 yearly. Viewers are free. Three creators on Pro billed yearly cost $96 a month. The 14-day trial needs a card.
  • What Pro adds. Email gates and lead forms, personalized links, AI translations into 15 languages, voiceovers with captions, step funnels and no “Made with AtriumKit” badge. New leads go to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier or your own webhook.
  • MCP on every plan. Claude, ChatGPT (in developer mode) and Cursor can edit, translate and publish demos. Their edits land in your draft and show in version history, and each action keeps its plan gate.
  • Videos from your demos, in beta, on every plan. The video studio turns a demo or a short brief into a motion video with narration, music and captions, and exports a 1080p MP4. Export time is 2 minutes a month on Free (with a watermark), 60 minutes per creator on Pro and 3 hours on Team, and making a video with AI uses AI credits.

The full table is on pricing. To see the help center use case end to end, read the interactive help center playbook.

When not to pick AtriumKit

  • You need a SOC 2 report. AtriumKit doesn’t have one yet. Single sign-on (SSO), higher limits and custom terms are on Enterprise.
  • You want demos on your own domain. Hosted pages and embeds are served from atriumkit.com. You can embed a demo on your site, but not host it on your domain.
  • You need GIFs, 4K or a video of your screen recording. AtriumKit’s video studio is in beta and makes 1080p MP4 motion videos from your demos, not GIFs or 4K, and it doesn’t turn a screen recording into a video. Supademo exports MP4 up to 4K on paid plans, and Arcade exports MP4 and GIF on Growth and sells AI Video.
  • You record desktop apps or Figma files. AtriumKit records web apps in Chrome only. Arcade and Supademo both have Mac and Windows apps and Figma plugins.
  • You want your CRM to log what a lead watched. AtriumKit sends new leads to HubSpot and Salesforce, not their activity. It doesn’t email you about each lead either; it posts to chat and automation tools. Supademo’s Salesforce integration logs demo activity on the record.
  • You want to re-capture one step of a guided demo. In AtriumKit you edit the captured page or record the flow again.
  • You want voice cloning or an AI agent that runs demo calls. AtriumKit has neither. Supademo has both, and Arcade can use a cloned voice through your own ElevenLabs key.
  • You want a long track record. AtriumKit launched in October 2026. If your buyer cares how long a vendor has been around, that counts against us.

Questions people ask

Is Arcade or Supademo cheaper? Billed monthly, the first paid plans cost the same: $50 per person. Billed yearly, Supademo Scale is $38 and Arcade Growth is $42.50. For HTML or sandbox demos, Supademo sells bundles from $199 and $350 a month billed yearly. Arcade has HTML capture on Enterprise, at a custom price, and doesn’t list sandbox demos.

Which free plan is better? It depends on what you’re testing. Supademo’s Free allows five demos and exports guides and video. Arcade’s Free allows one published demo but includes AI voiceovers, AI copy, the desktop app and the MCP server.

Do they work with Claude or ChatGPT? Both run MCP servers. Arcade’s is on every plan and makes videos and builds brand kits; its analytics tools need Growth, and it can’t create or edit interactive demos. Supademo’s, on Scale and up, edits demos: steps, hotspots, voiceovers, translations and trackable links. Changes are proposed for your approval first.

Do they offer SSO? Both, on Enterprise only. Arcade supports SAML 2.0. Supademo’s Enterprise starts at 10 creators.

If you’d rather see the third option for yourself, record your first demo on the free plan and open its guide.

Your next demo is one click-through away.
