Introducing AtriumKit

AtriumKit turns one click-through of your web app into an interactive demo and a step-by-step guide. Here’s what it does and how to start for free.

Screen recordings go stale the week you ship. Screenshots in help articles drift out of date one redesign at a time. And the best way to understand a product, clicking through it yourself, usually means signing up, waiting for data and figuring out where to start.

AtriumKit is our answer. You click through your product once in Chrome. AtriumKit turns that click-through into an interactive demo people can use, a written guide they can follow, and a link or embed you can put anywhere. It’s open to everyone, with a free plan to start.

Record once, in Chrome

Install the Chrome extension, open your product in a tab and press Start recording. Use the product the way you normally would. Every click becomes a step, with a screenshot, the spot you clicked and a first draft of the tooltip. Undo a misclick from the floating bar without starting over.

Privacy is built into the recorder. Emails and names are blurred automatically, you can blur any area by hand, and redaction happens in your browser before anything is uploaded. AtriumKit also saves an HTML copy of each page, without any of its scripts, so you can change the text on a captured screen later instead of recording again.

Two kinds of demo

You pick the type before you record.

  • Guided demos walk viewers through one path, one tooltip at a time. A virtual camera zooms in on where to look, and a choice card can send each viewer down the path that fits them (“I’m an admin”, “I’m on the finance team”). They suit homepage tours, help articles and launch pages.
  • Clickable demos are a sandbox of your real screens. Viewers click hotspots and explore in any order, and AtriumKit links sidebars, tabs and menus across every screen so navigation works the way it does in your product. They suit sales follow-ups and “try it yourself” pages.

Every demo is also a guide

When you publish a demo, AtriumKit also publishes it as a step-by-step guide: a page with a picture for every step, numbered instructions and a contents list. Copy it into Notion, Google Docs or Confluence with its pictures, download it as Markdown, or print it to PDF. It updates every time you publish the demo, so the walkthrough and the written version never disagree.

AI where it saves you time

  • Write with AI drafts every tooltip, card and button from what your screens show, in the tone you choose. It’s on every plan, using monthly AI credits.
  • Translations turn a demo into up to 15 languages, and the player picks each viewer’s language. On Pro and Team.
  • Voiceovers narrate each step in an AI voice or your own recording, with captions. On Pro and Team.
  • A knowledge kit tells the AI your product’s name, terms and voice, and what it must never claim.

Share it where people are

Every demo gets a hosted page and an embed code for your site, docs or help center. From there:

  • Collections put several demos on one branded page, like a demo center or an onboarding hub. One on Pro, unlimited on Team.
  • Personalization fills in each viewer’s name and company across the demo, even inside the captured screens. Personalized links give every prospect their own link and tell you when they open it. On Pro and Team.
  • Lead capture asks for an email at the moment you choose and sends new leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier or a webhook. On Pro and Team.
  • Analytics show views and leads on every plan, plus completion, step-by-step drop-off and individual sessions on Pro and Team.
  • Presenter mode lets you run a live demo on a call from the recording, with private notes and a speaker view. On Team.
  • The internal knowledge base gathers every published demo as a searchable how-to for your own team. On Pro and Team.

AtriumKit also runs an MCP server, so you can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to rewrite a demo’s copy, translate it or tell you which step loses the most viewers. That works on every plan.

Plans

  • Free stays free: three published demos, guided and clickable, branching, guides and 25 AI credits a month, with AtriumKit branding.
  • Pro adds unlimited demos, your own branding, lead capture, personalization, detailed analytics, translations, voiceovers and the knowledge base.
  • Team adds presenter mode, unlimited collections, more brand kits and more AI credits and voice characters.

Pro and Team are priced per creator. Anyone who only watches demos or reads analytics joins as a viewer, for free. Both paid plans start with a 14-day trial (you add a card to start it), and you can cancel any time from Billing. See pricing for the details.

Start with one flow

Pick the flow people ask you about most often, the one you’ve explained on a call or in a support reply a dozen times. Create a free account, install the extension and record your first demo. Recording it takes about as long as doing the flow once.

We read everything that comes in. If something’s missing or doesn’t work the way you expected, tell us.

Your next demo is one click-through away.
