Sharing and embedding

Hosted pages, embeds, guides, collections and personalized links.

  1. Embed a demo on your website or help center Copy the iframe code from the Share tab, pick a responsive or fixed size, and set options like language, start step, progress bar and sound.
  2. Choose who can view a demo Set a demo to Public, Unlisted or Email gate, see what search engines can index, and what happens to links and embeds when you unpublish.
  3. Share a demo as a step-by-step guide Every published demo is also a written guide with a picture per step. Edit its wording, hide steps, export it, or turn the guide page off.
  4. Group demos into a collection Put several demos on one branded page with sections, links and a call-to-action button, add lead capture, then share it as a link or embed it.
  5. Personalize a demo with variables Write a variable once and every viewer reads their own name, company or role. Add your own variables, choose where values come from and test them.
  6. Create personalized links for prospects Give each prospect their own link that fills in their name and company. Create one at a time or up to 500 from a CSV, and see who opened theirs.
  7. Present a demo on a live call Use presenter mode to walk a prospect through a demo on a screen share, with hidden guides, private notes, a speaker view and keyboard shortcuts.
  8. Use the internal knowledge base Every published demo becomes a searchable how-to in Knowledge base, next to your product’s summary, glossary and files. Only your workspace’s members see it.
